My carpet is clean and the guy did an amazing job.

The staffs are late but the service was good and I appreciated the thorough clean.

Not only was the person 1 hour late and made us late to another appointment, but I still have stains on my carpet. All the information I provided about location, size of rug, and stains to be cleaned were not conveyed to the cleaner. Had he known, he would have been better prepared. The biggest issue was coordination. I was speaking to a middleman who was speaking to the driver, who didn’t even respond to my phone calls when I was trying to help him find our home or speak to security. I asked for the cleaner’s number but they said sharing this was not allowed. Had I been able to speak directly to the cleaner or driver directly, we would not have wasted so much time. I really have never faced such bad service.
