1 maid took almost 1 hour to clean 2 bathrooms that did not require much work as they were already deep cleaned 2 days. ago. The other maid was good. Overall, I didn't feel I could leave them alone and trust that proper.work would be done..

Carpet Cleaning Abu Dhabi
18 Aug 2024
Not only was the person 1 hour late and made us late to another appointment, but I still have stains on my carpet. All the information I provided about location, size of rug, and stains to be cleaned were not conveyed to the cleaner. Had he known, he would have been better prepared. The biggest issue was coordination. I was speaking to a middleman who was speaking to the driver, who didn’t even respond to my phone calls when I was trying to help him find our home or speak to security. I asked for the cleaner’s number but they said sharing this was not allowed. Had I been able to speak directly to the cleaner or driver directly, we would not have wasted so much time. I really have never faced such bad service.

I recently used SmileHandy for a deep cleaning of my home, and I am beyond impressed with the service. The two cleaners, Salma and Arli, were absolutely fantastic! They arrived on time, were very professional, and paid attention to every detail. Salma did an amazing job with the living areas, making everything spotless, while Arli was especially thorough in the kitchen, leaving every surface sparkling. Both of them were friendly and worked efficiently as a team. My home has never looked better, and I highly recommend SmileHandy to anyone looking for reliable, top-quality cleaning services. I will definitely be using them again in the future!
